1. Order cannot be cancelled after it has placed. For orders placed offline, a minimum of 50-70% of advance will be collected and this amount is not retunable in any circumstance if the buyer/client cancels the order once confirmed.
2. No Returns are acceptable after delivery, except delivered goods not matching to the expectations or as mentioned on website, customer may ask for refund. In such case refund will be made only after returning of the delivered goods. For returning goods refer to the address given in “Contact us”.
3. Mudra Eco Products reserves right to cancel the order in case of non-serviceable/deliverable location, discrepancies in payments and erroneous listing of products. In such case customer entitles full refund of made payments.
4. Repackaging/Restocking fee will be collected depending upon the type of packaging in case the seal/covering removed from the products purchased.
6. Refund will be processed through the same payments mode (online/offline) in 10 to 15 working days.
